How: Why: Will get me high?
How?: You will be provided with CBD tincture, for ingestion, and CBD salve, which can be applied topically & rubbed on your sore spots. Together they will allow your body & mind to relax fully & completely.

Marsya will then lead us in an uplifting & affirming Guided Meditation. Combined with the CBD, this will allow you to experience a much deeper and more restorative state of healing meditation than most of us are capable of achieving on our own.

Please wear comfortable clothing & bring a pillow, blanket and anything else you think will make you extra-special comfy during this experience.

Why?: CBD is the most researched cannabinoid on the market. Studies as far back to the 1940s show its effectiveness on the nervous and immune systems, with no toxicity, side effects, or psycho-activity. CBD & other cannabinoids support humans’ built-in Endocannabinoid System (ECS), which plays a direct role in homeostasis, which regulates every metabolic process in the body, such as pain sensation, appetite, temperature regulation, stress reactivity, immune function, and sleep, as well as other processes.

It has been shown to be helpful for people suffering from PTSD and for alleviating the side-effects of chemotherapy. Many people with severe anxiety have found it to be life-changing.

Will it get me high?: It will not. CBD is non-psychoactive. While it has been shown to reduce anxiety, relieve pain, and improve sleep-quality, CBD will not get you high.
