How should my Moon Water be used?
Use Moon Water throughout the day, whenever you want to shift your mood or clear your energy.  

You can use it as a room spray to clear the energy in a space and as an Aura clearing spray for yourself & your loved ones. Take it internally by spraying it under your tongue or in your tea or water, or add it to your bath water and immerse yourself in its energy. 

To maintain an energetic shift over a longer amount of time, it is better to use a spritz or two of Moon Water periodically throughout the day, than it is to use a lot all at once. 
What is the shelf-life of my Moon Water?
All Marsya Mind Body Spirit Moon Waters have been sterilized using UV light. So, as long as you avoid contaminating your Moon Water, your Moon Water has an indefinite shelf-life. 

A one-ounce bottle contains approximately 300 sprays. Depending on the frequency of use, it should last 3-6 months.
Is Moon Water safe to ingest?
Marsya Mind Body Spirit Moon Waters are sterilized using UV light. If you have concerns, however, I would recommend using it externally as a room spray, aura cleansing spritz or bath infusion.
